What the portal does
- Checklists built from the standard. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 are included, and any further standard or scheme can be added without software changes.
- Evidence, findings and corrective action in one place, with the client answering nonconformities directly.
- Built-in quality gates. A report cannot be issued while a major nonconformity is open, evidence is missing or the conclusion is unsigned.
- Signed, verifiable reports. Every issued report carries a verification code and QR code that anyone can check on this website.
- Work offline on site with the field kit, and sync when back online.
- Your data, your copy. Every user can download a backup of the data they can see, at any time.
How we work
We build the portal with practising lead auditors. Every rule in it — what blocks a report, how a finding is numbered, how long a client has to respond — comes from how accredited certification audits are actually run, so the software supports the auditor's judgement instead of getting in its way. Audit content belongs to the auditors and certification bodies who create it: they decide who sees it, how long it is kept, and they can take a full copy at any time.
Security is part of the design rather than an option: two-factor sign-in for everyone who signs reports, encrypted backups every night, an activity log that cannot be edited, and files that are scanned before anyone can open them.

What we are not
We provide software. We are not a certification body, we do not audit, certify or accredit anyone, and we are not affiliated with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), UKAS or any other accreditation body. Audit judgements, findings and certification decisions are made by the auditors and certification bodies who use the portal.
