Do I need my own copy of the standards?
Yes. The portal provides audit questions and structure, not the copyrighted text of the standards.
Can I work for more than one certification body?
Yes. One subscription covers all of them; each body links you to its team.
What if I stop subscribing?
Nothing is deleted. Access pauses until you renew, and you can download a backup of your data at any time.
How does someone check a report is genuine?
By scanning the QR code on the report, or entering its verification code on the Verify page.
